Born in 1959 in Warszawa, Poland.
He started painting in late 1970’s after visiting The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. However, he took seriously to it some time close to the year 2000. His main medium then were pastels which he abandoned in favour of acrylic painting.
For many years he painted only for himself and his friends. Eventually decided to open to broader audiences.
He does not aspire to make “pretty paintings”. He rather shows life from the uglier angle, in a provocative way, touching areas that one would prefer not to notice. On the other hand, his abstract works are made just for the joy of creation.
He has exhibited his works in several galleries in Poland.
He is a member of ZAP (Związek Artystów Plastyków – Association of Artists).
